About the RoleAs a Senior Influencer Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that partnerships are successful for both creators and the brand(s) you support. Your will role includes setting strategy and building new growth opportunities. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations from planning to execution to reporting across social channels such as Instagram, Amazon Live, TikTok, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
Source, negotiate and execute paid marketing campaigns with influencers from start to finish owning the entire process for the brands
Forecasting revenue and profit for the team and optimizing campaigns
Overseeing business and content strategy across our influencer partnerships
Leading growth efforts across influencer affiliate and paid marketing campaigns
Building monthly campaign strategies to highlight Thrasio’s brands to external partners
Creating monthly business reports (MBR) to evaluate external partners and present findings to leadership and brand team members
Managing the execution of campaign operations, analyze performance and scale influencer partnership opportunities
Continuously improving performance tracking and reporting processes; partner with finance to monitor team’s revenue and profit contribution
Managing agencies and vendors engaged to help with campaign development and execution
What You Bring to the Party
5+ years of social media marketing experience – creator / influencer marketing and ecommerce are pluses
Deep knowledge of and passion for social media marketing (Instagram, Amazon Live, TikTok, and YouTube) and loves working with content creators
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with a high level of independence and ability to manage multiple projects
A mixture of creative qualitative and analytical quantitative thinking
Advanced excel skills and an analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
An undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or public relations, or a related field from an accredited university
