Guiding Principles for the TriNet Legal, Compliance & Business Affairs Team:
Support Through Translation. We demonstrate our value and support TriNet by translating the complex problems faced by our Company, colleagues, and customers into relatable concepts and solutions. We do not leave a problem until the solution is implemented.
Execution and Accountability. We make decisions following thoughtful feedback, input, and debate. We design execution models against a RACI framework with defined success metrics and we move forward together, creating visibility and enabling agility. We hold ourselves and each other accountable to deliver results.
