Chat Support Specialist at TSI
We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic Chat Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide live chat support to our customers, helping answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver information about our products and services. As part of TSI’s customer care team, you will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and success, contributing to our reputation as a leader in innovative solutions.
What Will You Do?
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other digital channels promptly and professionally.
Assist customers by answering questions about our products, troubleshooting issues, and providing relevant information and resources.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TSI’s product and service offerings to ensure accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
Escalate complex technical issues or customer concerns to the appropriate team members while ensuring timely follow-up.
Track and log customer interactions accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure high-quality service.
Actively contribute to improving customer support processes and resources by sharing feedback from customer interactions.
Work closely with the sales and technical support teams to foster a seamless customer experience.
What Do You Need?
Required:
Proven experience in customer support, technical support, or a similar role, preferably with a focus on chat support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple chat interactions simultaneously.
Desired:
Familiarity with TSI’s industry, including environmental, health, and safety solutions, or similar fields.
Experience providing live chat support in a high-volume environment.
Basic technical knowledge or ability to learn technical details about TSI’s products.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer inquiries.
Ability to work collaboratively with other teams within the organization.
Self-motivated, flexible, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
