About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with a strong background in concept art to contribute to Astra Ignota, an indie video game project. The role involves creating illustrations that align with the existing art style of the game, ensuring consistency and enhancing the visual narrative.

This is a remote freelance opportunity, starting with a single assignment, but with potential for ongoing collaboration based on project needs and outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for video game design, along with insights into timelines for completing illustrations.

Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design and concept art, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Strong skills in digital illustration software such as Photoshop, Procreate, or similar tools.

Ability to adapt to and maintain consistency with an established art style.

Creativity and attention to detail in crafting visually compelling designs.

Experience working on video game or interactive media projects is a plus.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively on a remote basis.

Availability to provide timeline estimates and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
