About the role:
We’re hiring a Fractional CFO to help support our Managed Accounting team and clients in a fully remote position. We don’t micromanage so you should be motivated to deliver amazing results for your clients. And you should be comfortable with modern communication and task-management tools so that we can all collaborate effectively.
Main responsibilities:
✅ Support controllers and accounting team to ensure historical financial data is of high quality
✅ Review financial performance with clients and deep dive into KPIs to identify issues and opportunities
✅ Build and manage cash flow forecasts and financial models
✅ Communicate with and support clients to benefit from the financial data we provide
✅ Provide guidance on cash management and financing strategies
Qualifications:
⭐ Deep experience with the ecommerce (or consumer goods) industry
⭐ 7+ years in an accounting or finance role
⭐ A CPA designation (or similar) preferred
⭐ Financial modeling and spreadsheet mastery
⭐ Proficiency with QBO and/or Xero is required (Netsuite is a bonus)
