What will you do?
Lead all phases of post-production, from footage ingest and project setup to final colour, sound, and delivery.
Source, vet, and manage a global network of freelance videographers, production agencies, and other creative partners to execute on-location shoots.
Oversee multiple, concurrent video projects, acting as the central point of contact for external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Serve as the lead video editor, transforming raw footage from various sources into compelling narratives that align with our brand and marketing goals.
Integrate AI into your workflow in meaningful ways to improve editing speed, automate post-production tasks (e.g., transcription, subtitling), enhance visual polish, and extend the creative possibilities of each project.
Repurpose long-form footage into a wide range of short-form assets designed for social, paid, and organic distribution, maximising content impact across multiple channels.
Build and maintain a scalable, efficient post-production workflow that includes structured file management, cloud-based asset libraries, and reusable motion graphics templates.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to translate marketing goals into clear video briefs and concepts for our external partners.
What will you bring?
7+ years of professional experience editing and producing video content across brand, product, and campaign formats, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proven experience sourcing, managing, and collaborating with external creatives, such as production companies, directors of photography, and sound engineers, to execute and scale video productions.
A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional editing, narrative clarity, pacing, and a keen eye for detail across a range of projects.
Deep expertise in the video post-production pipeline, including editing, colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent), with strong working knowledge of After Effects and other motion design tools.
Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to own multiple timelines in parallel without sacrificing quality.
Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to guide non-creatives and external partners through the production process.
Demonstrated success integrating AI tools into your post-production workflow, with clear examples of how you’ve used them to increase efficiency and expand creative output. A self-motivated and proactive mindset, comfortable with taking ownership and driving projects forward in a remote environment.
What will give you an edge?
Experience producing content in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or technical industries.
Familiarity with AI-enhanced production platforms like Runway, Descript, Topaz, or https://frame.io integrations.
Background coordinating and scaling production workflows for a rapidly growing team.
A distinct narrative point of view is reflected in your editing style.
Exposure to VFX, 3D, or interactive/mixed media (e.g. Blender, Unreal, Cinema 4D).
