Sales and Marketing
Type: Contractor (full-time)
Work place: Anywhere (remote). This role will require you to work primarily during Eastern Time (GMT-4).
Compensation: $2,500-3,500 USD/month
You are a strategic, visionary and hands-on Marketing Leader, with the ability to define and execute demand-generating strategies for a fast-growing company, while building a highly accountable team that sets targets and hits them consistently. You live, breathe, love and understand demand generation marketing for enterprise for a SaaS B2B platform. This role reports to the CEO and is a member of the leadership team.
Identify and fix holes in our sales funnel.
Develop compelling multi-channel marketing programs to support the demand generation needs of the sales team so they can consistently hit their SQL targets.
Work with the marketing team to develop, execute, promote and produce strong content-driven campaigns that resonate with our audience and help build awareness of our brand and product category.
Constantly test and analyze new marketing initiatives for continuous improvement.
Regularly analyze marketing and sales funnel data to optimize and focus marketing efforts on leads that drive the maximum sales results.
Manage all marketing contact lists and establish deep knowledge of our database of marketing leads to uncover where opportunities for engagement exist to generate qualified interest
Understand the needs of our target audience, and translate those needs into creative and personalized marketing programs
You will be measured on:
Inbound opportunity creation
New user acquisition
Conversions and retention all the way through the flywheel
A mix of marketing, sales, and product qualified opportunities
What will you need?
Demonstrated experience of leading marketing teams and track-record of driving user growth at a B2B tech platform.
You have a proven track record of generating leads and pipeline via strategic digital marketing initiatives.
Comfortable owning the full marketing stack across product marketing, brand marketing, demand generation, content marketing, communications, and PR strategy.
Demonstrated ability in developing and executing GTM campaigns which are measurable, scalable, and cost-effective.
Expert analytical and quantitative skills with demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate to actionable changes and a history of demonstrating results via data-driven marketing campaigns.
Deep understanding of the SaaS B2B marketing environment and evolving tools/platforms used to improve online presence
Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Pardot, Hubspot, etc
