Job Description:
Veeva Vault Safety is a modern Case Safety Reporting (ICSR) management system that supports the collection, processing, and submission of adverse events related to clinical and post-market products.

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Technical Release Manager to join our team. You will work with the Release Manager and Quality Analyst responsible for Veeva Vault Safety, coordinating and overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of software releases to ensure successful product deployment to customers. Ideal candidates will possess a strong technical background, excellent team management skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
: • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to plan, schedule, and oversee software releases.
• Develop and optimize release processes and methodologies to drive continuous improvement
. • Coordinate release-related tasks such as version control, feature branching, code merging, and deployment.
• Communicate release plans, progress, and status to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the release cycle and proactively resolve bottlenecks
. • Ensure release documentation, release notes, and related communications are prepared and released on time.
• Track release performance and collect feedback to improve the release process.
• Manage post-release issue tracking, bug fixing, and customer support.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and propose innovative release management methods.

Job Requirements
: • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in release management or a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering SaaS product releases.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and other methodologies
. • Proficient in version control, CI/CD, and automation tools (such as Git, Kibana, Jenkins).
• Strong project management skills, including task prioritization and on-time delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process optimization.
• Experience with release management tools is preferred.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.

Bonus points
: • Background in health sciences or life sciences
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms, and shell or other scripting languages
​​• Experience working in a product-oriented company

Compensation
• Base salary range: $100,000–$175,000
• This range is provided to comply with local regulations and reflects the potential compensation for the position. Actual salary will vary based on experience and region. Hiring decisions are based on individual skills, experience, and expected impact and may include additional compensation such as bonuses or stock options.
