Job Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of Business Development Representatives focused on driving growth through outreach to high quality leads
Own your team quota, metrics and performance optimizing for sales funnel conversion, speed to lead and pipeline management
Analyze reporting to uncover insights that will drive team performance optimization
Review calls and coach individual team members on their sales skills and workflows.
Share best practices across the team to foster collaboration and a supportive work environment
Advocate for the client and BDR experience by uncovering challenges and solutioning in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Marketing and Sales
Work closely with Product and Marketing teams on “playtests” to uncover new learnings and channels for growth
Job Requirements
People Management – experience leading and driving results through B2B or B2C sales teams
Technology – comfortable leveraging Salesforce and Salesloft tooling
Resourcefulness – demonstrated track record of persevering in the face of adversity
Flexibility – in a startup, priorities and direction can evolve quickly. You should have a positive can-do attitude and be adaptable to evolving business goals
Goal-oriented – you should have experience (and be excited about!) working hard towards a goal
Strong communication – you should be comfortable writing persuasively and communicating at all levels
Self-starter – when you see a need, you address it
Client-focused – put the client at the centre of everything you do
