What you will do:
– Reviewing and evaluating AI-generated responses
– Rewriting or refining responses when needed
– Creating natural prompts and dialogues
– Helping improve the quality of an AI model
Project Details:
– Start Date: Wednesday, Dec 10
– Duration: 4 weeks, flexible
– Commitment: 10 to 20 hours/week (flexible schedule).
– Job Type: Freelance contract.
Requirements:
– 5+ years of Customer Service experience
– Excellent written communication and strong grammatical accuracy.
– Comfortable with structured tasks such as: preference ranking (factuality & locality), prompt-response writing, grammaticality checks, provision & improvement of text.
