Wordwall’s mission is to simplify the lives of teachers by providing an easy-to-use platform for creating interactive games and worksheets. We automate the resource design process, allowing educators to focus on delivering engaging content to their students effortlessly. With over 30 interactive templates, Wordwall facilitates dynamic and tailored learning experiences. We are originally a UK-based company, but we have colleagues all across the world and work fully remotely.
Your key responsibilities:
Assist customers in navigating the Wordwall website by responding promptly to customer inquiries and provide technical support through email
Effectively address billing and invoicing inquiries
Record and communicate customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement
Coordinate and deliver an individual project; recently we’ve had help centre maintenance, teacher training, school licence renewals and product testing.
Requirements
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and problem-solving
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an international-facing customer service agent
College/university degree
Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level)
Proven ability to work independently in a remote role
Strong attention to detail and organization
Proficient in IT office skills with the ability to troubleshoot simple IT problems
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment
Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including some unsocial hours
Also desirable:
Supervisory or team leader experience in a customer service environment
Teaching experience
Has work experience in languages outside your native tongue
