Business Data Analyst

experience working with complex relational datasets.
Expertise with one or more business intelligence and visualization platforms such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools.
Familiarity with data infrastructure, including data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or others.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous business questions into actionable analyses.
Exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to tell compelling stories with data.
Familiarity with a scripting language for analysis such as Python.
Strong business acumen and curiosity, with the ability to connect analytical insights to operational and commercial outcomes.
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve analytical workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance productivity.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.

What else you need to know
The starting cash range for this role is $110,000 – $135,000. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact. The total compensation package for this role may also include: equity compensation; overtime pay; discretionary annual or performance bonuses; sales incentives; benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance; paid time off; and more.
