About the Role
We’re looking for skilled English writers to help evaluate and improve AI-generated content. Your command of the English language will directly shape how AI systems write, communicate, and express ideas — making a real impact on the quality of content that reaches millions of people.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You’ll Do
Write, edit, and refine English content for clarity, accuracy, and tone
Review AI-generated text for grammar, spelling, structure, and consistency
Identify subtle errors, ambiguities, and inconsistencies in written output
Apply detailed style guidelines with precision and consistency
Provide structured feedback that helps AI systems produce better writing
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Native or near-native English fluency with exceptional command of the written language
Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, or a related field
Extremely detail-oriented with strong proofreading and editing instincts
Comfortable evaluating written content across a wide variety of topics and formats
Self-motivated and reliable — able to follow guidelines and meet deadlines independently
No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
Professional writing, editing, or proofreading experience
Familiarity with style guides (AP, Chicago, MLA, etc.)
Experience working with content at scale or in structured review workflows
