The role
We are looking for a Managing Editor & Content Operations Lead who is equally strong as a writer, editor and content operations leader. We are seeking someone who can independently create high-quality B2B content, elevate the work of other writers through rigorous editing and manage the end-to-end content production process across multiple client accounts.
This is initially a part-time position; this role has the potential to expand into a full-time position as responsibilities and agency needs grow.
You will serve as THINKINK’s editorial authority, ensuring every deliverable meets our standards for quality, accuracy, clarity and strategic relevance. At the same time, you will oversee content workflows, briefings, assignments, reviews and deadlines to ensure projects move efficiently from concept to completion.
Industry experience is critical. Candidates must have direct experience writing and editing content within at least three of the following sectors:
Aviation and Travel Technology
Loyalty
Payment Technology
Retail Technology
Sustainability
Candidates without experience in at least three of these industries will not be considered.

You are an exceptional writer and editor who can quickly understand complex business and technology topics and translate them into clear, compelling content.
You are equally comfortable writing a thought leadership article, editing a research report, developing messaging or reviewing a press release.
You have high editorial standards and are confident in providing direct, constructive feedback that improves the quality of every deliverable.
You are highly organized and thrive on creating structure, managing deadlines and ensuring projects move smoothly through production.
You understand that great content is not just well-written. It must align with client objectives, audience needs and business outcomes.
In this role, you will:
Serve as the final editorial reviewer for client-facing content across all accounts
Write and develop high-quality B2B content, including articles, reports, thought leadership, messaging frameworks, PR materials and other communications assets
Lead content briefing, planning, production and review processes from start to finish
Manage content workflows, assignments, timelines and quality control across multiple projects and accounts
Develop and maintain editorial guidelines, templates, style guides and review frameworks
Work directly with clients and account teams to ensure content aligns with strategic objectives
Coach writers and provide actionable feedback to improve writing quality and consistency
Identify opportunities to improve content quality, workflow efficiency and team collaboration
Support the responsible use of AI tools to improve productivity while maintaining editorial standards
Your qualifications
Minimum 10years of professional B2B writing and editing experience.
Minimum 5 years working within a marketing, communications or PR agency environment.
Direct writing and editing experience across at least three of the following sectors: aviation/travel technology, loyalty, payments/fintech, retail tech and sustainability
Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
Experience creating long-form B2B content, including articles, reports, white papers, thought leadership and executive content
Experience managing content production workflows and multiple concurrent projects
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy, consistency and brand alignment
Experience working within project management systems and content collaboration tools
Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Available to work approximately on a part-time basis, with the flexibility to transition into a full-time role in the future
