Responsibilities:

In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting your Sales and Marketing team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with daily sales and marketing operations, including but not limited to, trade show coordination, customer account management (both new and existing accounts), and conducting cold calls.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Assist in market research activities to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and marketing initiatives.

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to the success of the team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates with a passion for learning and a desire to grow in this field.
  • Minimum of a high school education; additional qualifications or certifications in sales and marketing are advantageous.
  • Ability to work onsite at our location.
