Descriptionof the position

Under the supervision of the Financial and Legal Director (DFJ) and in collaboration with all of her services, you are responsible for assisting management in daily management, as well as in the preparation and monitoring of specific files, particularly administrative and accounting.

More specifically, your main responsibilities are as follows:

Finance management

  • Monitor donor funding
  • Participate in the development of the annual cash budget
  • Prepare treasury notes intended for the board of directors, in conjunction with the accounting and management control departments

Management control

  • Check management accounts monthly: check budgetary and analytical allocations, if necessary propose adjustments to the departments concerned and prepare corrective entries
  • Monitor the DFJ dashboards: send budget monitoring to each department, alert on anomalies, collect explanations for discrepancies from department managers, populate the consolidated reporting table
  • Participate in the development of internal control procedures

Administrative management

  • Manage the Confident Donation Charter Committee questionnaire
  • Manage the Citéo declaration
  • Produce financial reports in English
  • Manage certain files as necessary

Internal communication

  • Manage the DFJ intranet
  • Ensure communication and interface between the DFJ and other departments or services, service providers, etc.
  • Be the DFJ’s internal communications referent

Assistance

  • Manage phone calls, diary keeping, appointments, travel, archiving, etc.
  • Organize meetings: prepare agendas, prepare and distribute documents, write reports
  • Establish presentation documents related to closings and budgets, and more generally DFJ documents intended for third parties outside management
  • Assist services in the creation of third-party supplier files
  • Proofread the financial statements, in English and French

Gross monthly salary of 2,546 euros

13th month equivalent paid in 2 installments – from 6 months of effective work seniority
Mutual (60% participation of MdM and 40% of the employee )
22.5 RTT / year
5 weeks of paid leave / year
Restaurant vouchers worth 9.00 euros (contribution of 60% of MdM)
Reimbursement of public transport ticket at 50%
Teleworking agreement subject to eligibility of your position: 110 days of teleworking per year (i.e. on average 2.5 days of teleworking per week) with the obligation to work face-to-face at least 5 days per month
