• Lead the rollout process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation to lasting customer relationships;

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and escalations, promptly addressing concerns and ensuring overall client satisfaction;

1. Proven track record in a project management role, preferably in a SaaS, technology, or consulting company;
2. A formal degree in (industrial) engineering, business, marketing, or related studies with a relevant focus on our industry;
3. You demonstrate pronounced networking and social skills;
4. Self-management and prioritization are your foundation for shaping your daily work. In challenging situations, you exhibit ownership and find effective approaches and solutions; 
5. Ability to transcend between technical and business audiences;
6. Experience in thinking your way into the demands of our prospects, with an ability to devise how we can create a win-win situation together;
7. Domain expertise in automotive, machinery, or any of our customer domains;
8. Capability to work independently, with a goal-oriented personality and willingness to bring your ideas to the team;
9. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously;
10. Embrace a solution-driven, detail-oriented mindset that thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to issue resolution within set deadlines;
11. Fluency in German and English.
